  • Complete the online registration form for the Buckeye Auditions.‚Äč

  • Applicants MUST register using the form listed on this page to be eligible.

  • After completing registration here, follow your district's instructions for submitting your information and payment directly to the district. Please be aware that each district has its own application deadline. Consult the table below or contact your local chair for important information!

The Department of Music at Malone University in Canton, Ohio is pleased to welcome the 2019 OMTA State Buckeye Auditions to campus on June 7-8, 2019.  Buckeye Auditions will take place in the Stewart Room of the Randall Campus Center (pictured) and the Johnson Center for Worship and the Fine Arts.

Each spring, highly motivated students in piano, string, voice and winds compete at the District level. One winner in each participating category is selected to perform as a finalist in the state-level Buckeye Competition, held in June. Winners earn cash prizes. Select 2019 Rules for Event Details.
